Early Education Services, a program of Windham Southeast School District (WSESD), the Head Start and Parent Child Center programs of Windham County is seeking a talented and dynamic person to fill the role of Fiscal Coordinator. The Coordinator’s primary responsibilities are to process requisitions, maintain our purchase order system, oversee agency credit card use, compile weekly time report, order supplies and verify receipt of goods, track and process vendor payments, and assist with overseeing inventory system.

We offer an excellent benefit package includes health, dental and life insurance, retirement match, paid holidays, vacation, personal and sick time. The position is full-time, full year and the pay range is $24.70-$27.23/hour. Candidates must have, at minimum, a High School diploma and 5 years’ experience in bookkeeping, accounting or related field. An Associate’s degree with 2 years’ experience is preferred. This position requires accuracy in record keeping and data entry and extensive computer knowledge, including word processing and spreadsheets. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, flexibility and the ability to maintain professional integrity while working in a fast-paced environment.

A background check and fingerprinting is required along with a pre-employment physical and TB screening.
