Head Start Preschool Teacher Associate

As a Head Start Preschool Teacher Associate, you will work in an outcomes-oriented, team environment, and assist the classroom team in planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate environment and experiences for preschool children. Pay Range: $22.08-$24.07/hour, depending on qualifications. Health plan and excellent benefits.
Requirements:  Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related education field; knowledge and experience in developmentally appropriate early childhood practice, child outcome assessment, child behavior management, and curriculum planning, development and implementation; a commitment to working with families with limited financial resources; excellent verbal and written communication (bilingual abilities a plus!), documentation, and record-keeping skills; valid driver’s license, clean driving record and access to reliable transportation; physical ability to carry out required tasks.
