Full Job Description

Support the daily operation of the classroom through active engagement with children and the completion of assigned tasks.  Must be 18 years old with either a High School diploma or equivalent.  Previous positive experience working with young children. Must exhibit flexibility and maintain professional integrity while working in a high paced environment; remain calm in stressful situations and have a collaborative attitude. Good communication skills.  Ability to bend, kneel, sit on the floor and lift 50lbs.   All candidates must be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively on a multi-disciplinary team.

Full-time employees receive ongoing professional development including free college courses, and an excellent benefit package which includes 10 paid vacation days, 10 paid holidays, 15 paid sick days, 3 paid personal days and 2 additional paid floating holidays, 403 (b) plan with up to 4% employer match, and health insurance.
