Early Childhood Learning & Knowledge Center

To learn more about Head Start, visit the Early Childhood Learning and Knowledge Center (ECLKC) website. This site is an informational gateway for everyone.

VHSA board of directors, who represent 7 of the 1,700 local Head Start programs nationwide, use ECLKC for updates and information to support their work with children up to age 5 and their families. Videos highlight parent’s views of the experience for both their child and themselves. Parents can also find resources to support child development, family well-being, and many other topics.
